Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed. Â
Due to our store hours, we are unable to process and ship orders on the weekends. Nor does our shipping partner deliver on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders, your order may be delayed by 1 business day. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Our shipping rates are determined based upon a weight-based pricing scheme. The base rate is 10.25 per our shipment provider. The base rate of 10.25 does not change for orders between 0-10 pounds, however, for each additional pound, the rate will increase 30 cents. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Due to territorial restrictions from manufacturers, we are currently only able to ship to New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island.
** Due to COVID-19 we have seen a small number of delays from our shipment provider. This has been minimal, however, it is possible that your order is delayed due to no fault of Brothers Beauty.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, we do not ship any PO boxes at this time.
Shipment order tracking
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer order tracking. This is due to the fact that we try to use the fastest shipping methods available to ensure your order arrives to you as quickly as possible. Due to this, orders are typically never more than a few days, hence why we do not use tracking numbers. However, if you have not received your order, you can always call us, and we will be happy to see where your package is.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Brothers Beauty is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (taxes). The taxes that are placed on your order are based upon the respective province you reside in.
Damages
Brothers Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to come to a resolution where both parties are satisfied.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship anything outside of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and PEI.Â
